Hi, I'm Carol
The founder of Authentic Connections NYC.
I’ve traveled the world, and no matter where I go, NYC will always be my favorite city. But there’s one thing I’ve found elsewhere that I struggle to find here—especially in my 30s—authentic connections.
I often find myself saying, “I love New York, but I really miss the conversations I had while traveling.” The soul-bearing, thought-provoking, transformational conversations—the kind where you leave feeling expanded, inspired, and a little more yourself.
As a life coach, I know that when you don’t have what you want, you don’t just sit around wishing for it—you create it. That’s exactly what I’m doing here. Because if I’m craving this space so deeply, others must be too.
I am building Authentic Connections as a space that's both deep and elegant; intimate and elevated. A place where people show up as themselves and leave feeling more connected—not just to others, but to something deeper inside them.
